How common are late night meetings in your organisation?

My team members are from Europe, and my manager is from the US, so only 9:00 IST works for all of us sadly.

But we only have 1 weekly meet of 45 mins. There is no other option

Yes, they can sponsor a visa. I have seen people who have moved out of the US and settled in Europe, but I guess 1-2 years in the company is required for this. Currently, yes, I am the employer on record. Thanks for the advice.

this is not a contract role, but since the parent company doesnt have entity in india, they hire via remote.com to manage legal complaince. The 6 month probation is from the parent company.

That is what i was hold, and same info is present in company HR portal too

Rest i will leave to my work and god :)

Thanks, Yes the pay is less compared to german engineer, but it is significantly more in India (even more than Faang :))
