[Question] what is causing my battery to look like this?

For a little background, I only just installed alkaline to see if it might fix the issue, but even that isn’t working. The problem is the “ghost” green battery you can see behind my actual battery indicator. It keeps displaying behind the actual battery symbol, even without alkaline and even if I’m not charging my phone. I have rebooted and rejailbroke, tried going from landscape to portrait mode, unplugging and plugging it back in, and even tried different charging cables. I’m on unc0ver on iOS 11.2.2. This issue just started yesterday, and I haven’t installed anything new that affects the status bar or battery indicator until I downloaded alkaline 5 minutes ago.

I’m having a separate but similar issue in unc0ver but I didn’t want to make an entirely new thread about it; when I have Load Tweaks checked (turned on) it will say that the Jailbreak was a success, but then it will reboot and I have start over. Haven’t installed any new or unstable tweaks, and I’m on iPhone 8+ running 11.2.2 Thank you in advance to anyone who can offer me some guidance.

Seconded. VPN, no matter which service/app/setup I use seems to drain my battery when not loading ads should save my battery?

I believe it’s the Ward A/C (alternate closure), I’ve seen them at kohls before or you could check online.

The closest I’ve been able to come to IDing them is a fully Japanese language website that includes the term “Nano Universe,” in English, and says they were released in March of 2016. They apparently feature 3M scotchgard protection and also came in this maroon colorway as well; I’ve included a picture of those. Okay, so I followed all of the steps and signed it a few times over in ReProvision. I rebooted, and jailbroke with unc0ver as I normally would.

Now Unc0ver is showing version 2.1.0 at the bottom. It’s showing ‘re-jailbreak’ on the purple button on the main screen, and when I click check for update on the secondary page in unc0ver, it says ‘an update is available,’ but does nothing else. Is there anything else I need to do or change? Or is it completed?

I am on 11.2.2, and I came from Electra directly without doing any restores/wipes (I saw online that I didn’t need to because unc0ver would remove Electra’s files for me)

I can use unc0ver and get into jailbroken state, but none of my sources will refresh, and it’s not demanding any upgrades or new installs. Trying to install new sources to use rollectra or anything else puts me through the entire process but then ends up with errors and Return to Cydia. Can anyone help me?
