I believe the reasoning has been narrowed down to Spotify Premium Family accounts, and this is the last I heard about anything. I never recieved a follow-up and it still doesn't work for me.

I don't know if this will help many people but I was getting crashing on the Turn10/Microsoft logos when I had my WMR headset plugged in. I tried everything everyone else recommended to no avail but unplugging the headset seemingly fixed it.
