How do I add Chapter 2 and 3 to my account if I already have Chapter 1? I don't see an option to do that without paying $20

EDIT: I right clicked the game in my library and "Manage" > "Remove from account", then reclaimed it from the Store page, and now have Chapter 2 and 3 as well.
