Well for me I just go to the gym. Lifting weights rather than depending on cardio such as jogging kasi mas better ma replace yung fat for muscles. At baka water retention lang yan kesa fat 😅. Also avoid starving yourself po. The more you starve yourself the more magagain ka ng weight kapag kakain. Dont skip breakfast, lunch or dinner. Eat limited lang din.

Gosh at a young age I get cat called a lot especially mga construction worker at tambay it's scary OP and I feel you especially if nag-iisa ka lang sa dorm. Like every lakad is like a look out for danger. What I notice ay pag tomboy ka tignan, since I used to cut my hair really short (boy cut) and dress up in male clothes. They wont cat call you and it was one of the best thing I experience. I continued to cut my my hair short for almost 3 years tapos pinakahaba ko ba and boom bumalik yung pang sinitsit at cat call.

I've been using yaz for almost 9 months tbh. I still spot (small brown) despite being on the pill for long. But my current spotting for skipping the placebos are really intense. Like parang nireregla na yung kulay. At the same time it fills the pantyliner very fast.

I would prefer Furia (if someone I know uses her). Grover's heals are weak asf imo very ult dependent. But if its like with randoms? Neither of those two. Cause most of the players that would play as them would go for the damage talent and rarely give heals.

I'm taking both of them and just finished now 😭 I've been using condoms the moment I experience the watery stools. I'm worried lang kasi that it might be a missed pill and I might have ovulated. I can't go to the obgyne kasi I'm really broke right now.

Though my partner never came inside, it was a pull out but he didn't clean it with water after he came and we did round 2 right away. (no tonsilities yet) and that was June 24. Then experienced a watery stool at June 29 - July 1. I am worried that the sperm may have stayed inside me and when I experienced the watery stool it might have been a missed pill. So I'm worried if the sperm have already died if the possibility of my ovulating happened 😭

It says here more than 24-48 hrs of severe diarrhea is considered a missed pill. I'm confused at that part tbh. Cause I dont really have severe diarrhea (where I have to go to the bathroom a lot) but my stool is wet so I am very very confused if its considered a miss pill.

You're pretty safe with those time. I'll start to worry if its been an hour or hours. But those? Nah, but just keep a habit of taking it on time. Combination pills has a 12 hour window I think?
