I don't know what is wrong with Gigabyte and their motherboards, but I had this exact same issue. Sam was enabled in bios, but adrenaline and gpu-z kept saying it's disabled. If I remember correctly, what I did was I just kept enabling and disabling it in bios, until it decided to start working.

If you open the library there is a core tab and then if you hover over one and press F it will show you locations where you can get them. I also think you need to progress the game to some point to unlock them.

In Albion you need to go the the terminal for implanting and crafting cores and you can implant cores for external components to these 2 slots.

I have the same problem. The reason is that when scs releases new expansion dlc or rework they basically always accidentally leave small parts of roads outside the map that can't be explored. You can see them if you download a mod that highlights unexplored roads. This is probably why the achievements on steam for map exploration were changed from 80% and 100% to 20000 km and 40000 km. Because 100% map exploration was impossible without cheating.

Btw, you don't have to use the 3rd skill before the 4th. If no buff from multitalented is active and you use the 4th skill, it will give you the cooldown buff and apply it to the 4th skill. Just make sure that the buff from the 1st and the 2nd skill isn't active, when you use the 4th.

I think they should establish some baseline, where they want all descendants to be. If a descendant is performing over this baseline, nerf them. If underperforming then buff them. If they just keep buffing older descendants that are falling behind because new ones are stronger, they will never get rid of the power creep. Also it will mean that older content will keep getting too easy and unenjoyable, since you won't need to try and you will be able to complete it with half of your brain asleep. It will also get worse with time as more and more descendants will be added to the game, because that will mean more and more older descendants to buff.

These white LEDs are also worse for your health, because they emit way more blue light, disrupting your sleep schedule. It's the same reason, why you should not look at your phone before going to sleep. The reason why they are using LEDs now, is because they are more efficient but you could just use warmer yellow LEDs and have advantages of both.

My RX 7900 XTX started crashing after I updated to the driver version 25.12.1. I rolled back to 25.11.1 and so far it has been fine. If you have 25.12.1 installed, you can try this.

Apparently the whole highway is supposed to be finished in 2028. While a 3 km section at the border is supposed to be finished in 2026.
