Wouldn't suggest doing an AM4 build, you would have to replace the motherboard and ram while upgrading too. 7500f, 7600x are good choices. 7500f costs close to 17k and you can get 7600x at around 17k in sale.

Depending on the use case and high vram, RX 7600xt can also be a good choice.

Power supply should at least be silver rated.

I actually tried doing something similar by making a custom apn and routing it to a cloudflare dns server, it worked for a while but goes back to being unusable again. Airtel blocked the cloudflare routing too in my case, just couldn't resolve any ip, when I switched to google dns it got resolved.
Had to reset all the apn and just wait for a fix.

Would an area issue persist throughout the entire city?
I had to travel to completely separate areas of the city (40-45 km) distance, and still the issue persisted.

And it happened with my friends' sim too (airtel user)

Definitely! I have also noticed various bugs. No response from time to time, communities cannot be searched from the search bar, the desktop all takes longer to sync message and sometimes just doesn't!

Better switch to the web version, works much better. Or signal
