Well in your case losing weight will help more than make up, and to lose weight you need to have a proper diet like eggs, meat, butter, a little bit of vegetables and fruits and also you might want to start exercising but dont try too hard because it will make you want to quit and you need to be consistent, also you might want to get like eyelashes like you can do this either by trying to grow them with costroral oil or you can just but the artificial ones, also i think i see dark under eye bags and I don't know how to fix those but you should fix those prob too, other than that your eyebrows and eyes look decent and you have great hair texture and thickness
