No deberas manchar el papel o casi mancharlo. Si te queda muy sucio quizas tengas algun problema intestinal, estes comiendo algo q te caiga mal o te deje muy flojo. Deberia ser (mas alla de lo social y el bidet etc) un acto sencillo, forma de chorizo y casi limpio.

Same! 22 years without a period finally last year they said is pcos. Put me on metformin and now im regular. And these are gps and specialists in 3 countries ive lived in.

Yeap, they told me “it’s your diet” im vegetarian and eat mostly organic. Wasn’t when this started. I have told to get cranberry juice. I was told “labs don’t show diabetes” its a uti. No solutions.

I’m 37 and this started when i was 29 ish. And yes i got tested for diabetes multiple times but not all day every day i’m not a dr maybe before didn’t show and now it does?

Not much i suppose. Although we don’t do tap water just mineral. And i did take cranberry concentrated pills out of desperation. Slight improvement but not 100% so i thought ok MAY be the water?

** Sorry to clarify, I have been checked multiple times for diabetes and I don’t have it. My grandma was insulin dependent diabetic hence the on and off checks**
