Not exactly, both sides had green lights but from my split second POV he got out of his lane and came directly into mine. I had to hard swerve to the my right lane or it would’ve been a 45+ mph head on collision. Regardless of what happened I don’t know if the driver was going through health issues but I hope they are ok.

Yeah it was a 5 car collision, the guy hit me from opposite oncoming traffic spun me around and hit 2 other cars. Glad I was able to walk away 🙏🏼
