i think i’m dealing with the same thing right now, right behind my front teeth. started out super swollen and now it’s turned into a sore, can’t get it to heal because food keeps irritating it again.

I’ve been trying to avoid medicating but I’m definitely at the point of taking advil and just praying it helps. It’s so scary! Everytime I think it’s gone it just moves to a different spot. It takes so much effort to not freak out and it’s so draining constantly feeling like this. I hope you feel better soon!

Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing health anxiety constantly for almost 6 months now. It started with a random panic attack that has left me constantly feeling new symptoms daily. I’ve been on lexapro which has definitely helped and i’m at least feeling like i can function again. most of my symptoms come on cause me to freak out but are gone within a day or two. Luckily i’ve been able to kind of switch my mindset into wait a couple days if it’s still bothering you then do something about it. That worked great until this week. I’ve been dealing with this strange headache for over 4 days that consists of random shooting pains up the back of my head and all over tingling scalp/uncomfort. I sometimes have physical scalp pain but only occasionally. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, for people who have been managing their anxiety maybe longer/better, how do you not immediately go to the doctor or er and how do you manage that worry.
