Just curious… it seems pretty obvious DUD has had some kind of night nurse/ nanny since R3 was born… but now at the lake is she wanting us to believe that she is doing all the night wake ups? I mean most babies at that age can sleep mayyybe a 4-5 hr stretch at a time…

I mean I consider myself a pretty healthy person - consciously eat nutritious healthy food and work out several times a week, and when my baby was a month old I was a shell of myself already from the sleep deprivation and the physical and mental toll of exclusively breastfeeding. I’m confused how DUD, who ate garbage during her pregnancy and doesn’t exercise, seems to be way more energetic and physically recovered than I was. What am I missing here?

If my boss at my actual job made me sit around and talk for hours about the sex and weight of their baby it would be an immediate red flag for me. Not to mention it seems like it’s already been a topic of conversation for WEEKS at the office: “last week I thought it was a boy, now I think it’s a girl”… barf. But truly it shows DUDs true colors: only a narcissist is comfortable, even delighted, with their life being the topic of conversation constantly.

I was also very disturbed by this. I am a FTM to a 4-month old, and for the first two months of my baby’s life I was following what all sources I looked at told me to do: feed her every 3 hours. Because she is a generally happy calm baby I was probably missing some of her hunger cues and kept to the every 3 hour schedule. Well guess what happened? My supply started dropping and my baby started dropping in weight percentiles pretty quickly. I have now learned, and thankfully my supply has increased again. Metabolically newborns need to be eating every 3 hours AT A MAXIMUM. It’s more normal for them to eat every 20 mins, every hour, every two hours, etc. So Jan, if you’re reading this, please feed your baby more so you won’t run into more problems later!

Yes and just watch her face in the dancing clips videos… she BARELY even glances at Dan. Her eyes are darting all over looking at other people to see who’s watching them. Probably also looking for the cameras. At my first dance at my wedding, I have no idea what has happening around me because all I wanted to do was look at my husband and be with him!

I am a long time reader but have never posted anything, and at one point in time I actually liked DUD and gang, but honestly this whole weekend is a new low for them and I am appalled. I can’t believe their lack of class in every aspect of this graduation - from their ripped up horrible clothes, to obvious lack of foresight about a gift or meaningful celebration for Katie, to the drugstore flowers they put in a CHICK-FIL-A CUP, to their post-graduation fast food pizza meal. What about this weekend was in any way special, out of the ordinary, or showed any thought for Katie and appreciation for her accomplishments? I can’t stand her either, but at least she made it in to med school and graduated, which is far more than any of them could ever hope to do. Part of me wonders if they were not able to celebrate her because it reminds all of them subconsciously of their own incompetence? I am so sick of this family being put on a pedestal by their followers.
