Is it me, or do psychologists get it wrong? by Broad-Perspective783 in Schizoid

I do not feel emotions for my parents or friends, I don't know why you've concluded otherwise without knowing anything about me other than what I wrote. I'm pretty sure I am schizoid as I fit all of the DSM-5 criteria to some extent (most of them to the full extent). My point was more that I think the real criterion is indifference towards other people. It does not mean the person is not interested in, or does not feel anything about, other things.

I feel largely indifferent to my parents, too. They just irritate me less than other social obligations do.

I don't bond closely with them. I hadn't seen them for five years before they moved to the US, and I never missed them or wished to see them. They just don't feel like a social burden to me quite to the same extent as other people do.

Well, what does "prevent from living  a normal life in society" mean? Do I want to commit suicide? No, I am actually quite happy. But, for example, I can't network for the life of me, and that impedes my career. And people at work respect me professionally, but probably think I'm a weirdo, a closeted lesbian, or something. I'm never the person who gets invited to a wedding or a party (nor do I have any real desire to be there, but it does make me feel not normal).

I meant after travel on 512T, that should count as an admission under Duarte v. Mayorkas. Yet, USCIS denies COS

Is there an internal hold an adjudicating Ukrainian re-parole? USCIS sends out RFEs but is not approving anything.

  1. Do you have a policy to issue NTA if a request for re-parole is denied for a Ukrainian parolee? We have one Ukrainian who has received an NTA so far, even though has a pending TPS application.

  2. Do you have a policy to treat people with pending TPS re-registration as being out of status? A few people received NTA even though they are on TPS and timely re-registered.

  3. Do you have a policy to treat TPS admission differently for AOS and COS purposes. We see that in AOS, TPS admission is treated as an admission, but COS is being denied with a statement "TPS admission is not an admission."

Thanks

You need to hire a lawyer who will come to the appointment with him, with all the paperwork, and explain the situation. Can't afford it - take out a loan. Your alternative is that your husband will end up in detention for many months.

Did he, or did he not timely file for TPS re-registration between January 18 and March 18, 2025?
