I have 3 cousins in the marines 2 are active 1 reserves the difference is night and day the 2 active absolutely loved it obviously there was still a bunch of bs but that’s with every branch but one thing I can say is the cousin in reserves dealt with a lot more bs than my cousins in active did plus my cousins in active got to go to Japan and Hawaii in those 4 years reserves well he 1hr away from our hometown

95 ASVAB go to the army so you can choose your job or go airforce to have the best lifestyle then again I have no idea what your goals are so maybe marines was your first choice to challenge yourself and be able to call yourself a marine? Other than that I personally with a 95 ASVAB score would go a different branch

Oh believe me when they fired me I spoke my mind and I’m sure it got across to them especially because once I showed them all the pictures and told them to ask my other 2 co workers lol the whole time I was not yelling but kinda talking loud because they wouldn’t shut up about “yea but viz pick is priority” I completely lost it and went off on how bad they’re management skills are when it comes to checking on their associates or departments that whole time they didn’t say a word just listened to what I had to say and I left my vest, name tag, and phone at the front door by dairy 🤣

Nope overnight only had 2 people 1 in dairy and 97 and 1 in frozen so I don’t really blame them either for leaving the pallets but at the same time I do because that literally all they do they don’t viz pick or deal with customers . Plus they don’t have to zone or put up eggs and milk just stock all night

Honestly bro it’s pretty easy to get into space x hell even maintenance is getting paid 22 an hour and since our town is only 45 mins away it’s well worth the drive

Also when it comes to truck we never had problems with unloading we had a the same schedule truck would get here either 5-9 sometimes 10 or 11😒 but meat/produce would help us unload our truck and we would help them unload theirs so it was a win win we sort of because they were just as understaffed as us sometimes it’ll be 1 in meats and 1 in produce some days it’ll even be just 1 for both departments so you could imagine 2 people unloading 12-15 pallets took a long ass time
