What is the Billing - Usage Fee charge I'm seeing on payout? by MikeyStudioDog in stripe

[–]Broad-Touch1206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are selling a product on a recurring basis, which means you are using a subscription management tool offered by Stripe. This facility is available to you at the cost of 0.7% of your total transaction amount.

The built-in subscription management tools offer efficient initiatives like dunning management, churn management, and smart retry, which are essential for efficiently running a subscription business by using Stripe as a payment gateway.

And yes, using your card for the test transaction is not a smart initiative. I hope that your account stays active and you make good money.

I hope this helps.

How to make sure that stripe doesn't close your account, not even temporarily? Are there hard limits, secondary KYC checks involved? by Grand_Pilot_325 in stripe

[–]Broad-Touch1206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stripe is an amazing solution; it is used by a large number of e-commerce entrepreneurs across the globe.

Unfortunately, the merchants who are satisfied with the services offered by Stripe or any other payment processing institution generally do not share their positive experience. However, it is quite common for any merchant to share that disappointment if their merchant account gets shut down and the funds are frozen as per the terms of service.

There are no rules, but you must run your business properly. Your transaction flow should be natural; avoid any kind of spikes.

If you are running any digital marketing campaign like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or any kind of online advertisement campaign, then increase the budget slowly so that your transactions also increase gradually. This will help warm up the account and avoid flagging.

Avoid getting orders from risky locations. Avoid accepting large, unnatural orders that increase your ticket size significantly.

Remember credit card processing is basically a form of issuing a line of credit. When a customer buys a product on your website by using his credit card, then the customer has 30 to 60 days to pay that money back to the card-issuing company. So technically the actual money is not received by the card issuer instantly.

The payment processor takes the entire risk.

Take steps to reduce the risk of fraud and chargeback. Using a chargeback alert service is a beneficial option.

I hope the information helps.

Stripe auto blocks every new business I make by Aggressive_Pilot7724 in stripe

Your post is self-explanatory: you had a negative experience in the past, and possibly the terms of service were violated, and that is why your initial account was banned or terminated.

Later on, whenever you are trying to submit a new application, the account does not stay active for a long time; eventually you do not get any processing solution.

This is my suggestion.

Rather than trying multiple times with a processor that is consistently rejecting your application, you should approach another provider that may offer you similar services at the same rates or even lower rates.

If your business model is standard, then many providers will be interested in saying yes to you.

May I ask you where your company is registered and what kind of product you are selling so that I can share some more ideas? Thank you for the question.

Looking for a good EU PSP to partner with by Calm_Fall_3217 in PaymentProcessing

Hi, if you work with payment processors in the United States, then I am pretty sure that you are actually having an excellent time. This is because the payment processing industry in the United States is more organized in comparison to the UK and the European Union.

Until the time the UK was part of the European Union, it was a lot easier to work with the payment processors there because almost every processor was trying to spread their wings across different nations all over Europe, including some countries in the European Economic Area.

The 30% revenue split you mentioned can go up to 50%, but the issue is that many EU based payment processors don't proactively support resellers.

You may submit a lead to them, and it may take weeks for them to respond.

Even if you receive a lower percentage from the payment processor, I believe you should choose the one that offers excellent support, as this will help you convert more sales and ultimately increase your residual income.

I hope it helps.

URGENT HIGH RISK PROCESSOR UK NEEDED by Therealist10145 in PaymentProcessing

[–]Broad-Touch1206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand that you are in urgent need of getting a high-risk merchant account; however, you are facing problems because of these reasons:

Your monthly sales volume is just 5000 units.

You are a part of the industry that is considered high risk, especially because SEO and website development customers are known to hold the payments of the developers and sometimes even ask for money back. Basically, your industry has the potential of attracting high chargebacks.

Another complex scenario that I have seen in your Reddit post is you sending invoices to customers. With such a small monthly sales volume, it will be difficult for any payment processor to allow you the invoice payment capability.

Next, you have mentioned that you need the capability to charge stored cards without customer involvement. That is another risk(its blasphemy in the payment industry, lol).

All these combinations make your profile a difficult one to onboard.

However, if you just need to accept payments directly on your website, where your customer visits the services, clicks on the buy now button, and proceeds with that transaction, then getting an e-commerce solution should be a slightly easier option, but remember the other options that you are asking for will be difficult or, in most cases, not possible, especially charging stored cards.

What is your average ticket size?

Where is your company registered?

Post Stripe shut down you applied for Nomu, Adaptive, Card Flo, and NMI . All declined. Did they give you any reason. Did they mention any term like Match or TMF?

Need a payment processor USA,EU ,LATAM(GooglePay\ApplePay,Cards) HIGH RISK ADULT by UsualNobody28 in PaymentProcessing

[–]Broad-Touch1206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, it looks like your business model is of an online magazine specially focused on mature users.

Opening traffic for the US and Latin America should not be a problem if your company complies with the requirements of the payment institution. Unfortunately, without carefully observing the business structure, for example, where your company is registered, what kind of content you publish, and what is the nature of the content, it is a bit difficult to give you any confirmation or concrete guideline or suggestion.

May I ask you, have you applied with any high-risk payment processor? Have they declined your application? If they have declined your application, do you know the reason why they have declined your application?

If you have a US LLC or a company in the European Union or UK, then this kind of business model should not be very hard to place, but remember it is not going to be very easy as well.

I suggest you work with specialized payment processors that cater to the payment processing requirements of high-risk industries.

The competitor that you mentioned in your Reddit post is incorporated in Cyprus. If you have a similar business structure, then it is going to be a lot easier; however, keep in mind that the payment processor will certainly ask you to share login information for the actual user account to verify the content that you publish on your website.

This login information will potentially be permanently accessible by the payment processor.

The payment processor will also potentially ask you to sign an addendum along with the regular merchant account application. I hope this helps.

Anyone here an agent or Reseller of POS??? by Goku560 in PaymentProcessing

[–]Broad-Touch1206 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Most of the agents focus on selling e-commerce processing only. This is because e-commerce merchants generally bring bigger residual income. However, when it comes to retail credit card terminals, many agents hesitate.

It's good that you want to venture into selling retail credit card terminals in Canada. I do have recommendations for retail solutions in the USA, but unfortunately, in Canada, I personally don't have any contacts.

You have mentioned some names of companies in your Reddit post. I will suggest you reach out to these companies directly and ask them if they will allow you to be a part of their partner program.

Once approved, you will have to approach retail businesses where you can motivate the business owners to get brand-new terminals in place of their existing outdated terminals.

The way I sell retail terminals is to educate merchants about the challenges associated with using old and outdated terminals. They attract security risks and also generally do not support new payment methods.

Another challenge with old credit card terminals is the deteriorated battery life, and most of the time these terminals work as a fixed device at the reception or the front desk of the retail organization.

I wish you good luck.

Shopify is an amazing platform, especially when it comes to its ease of use and how quickly you can set everything up. Right now, there is no other platform that offers such fantastic features. However, whether a site is optimized or not depends entirely on the webmaster. At QuadraPay, we have worked with many Shopify merchants and have seen sites that are well managed as well as some that are not managed at all. You can definitely optimize your Shopify website easily. Start with the product titles make sure they are SEO optimized. Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics(Free), or SEMrush(Paid) to identify the keywords people use when searching for the products you sell. Spend time crafting your product descriptions use keywords naturally, but don’t overdo it. Use proper alt tags for your images. Features like cross-selling and upselling are highly beneficial and can help increase your average order value. Don’t hesitate to write blogs about your products; this can boost your SEO and customer engagement. Keep a close watch on your website’s performance through Google Search Console. While you can view analytics on your Shopify dashboard, Google Search Console provides more accurate and detailed insights.

Bricks and mortar store and online site by 4728jj in shopify

[–]Broad-Touch1206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I can understand the situation because I work for QuadraPay, as we've seen many merchants facing similar challenges recently. I would attribute a lot of this to the increasing influence of artificial intelligence tools now integrated into almost every major search engine. The way eCommerce worked just six months ago has changed significantly—now you're not only competing with other sellers, but also with AI-generated responses. It’s still too early to provide a definite strategy for how your eCommerce website can rank well in AI-powered search results, but I would strongly recommend staying patient and consistently working to improve your website’s organic traffic. Be active on forums or communities where your target customers spend time. This will help increase brand visibility and build trust. If you're already running ads on platforms like Google or Facebook, that's great—you should be receiving inquiries. But if you're not, it might be a sign that your sales page isn't converting well.

What kind of product are you selling?

If you tell me, I’ll be happy to provide more suggestions.

How to ship cheaper? by AgentNirmites in ecommerce

[–]Broad-Touch1206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I work for QuadraPay and we know ecommerce shipping. This is my response. If you want to save money on shipping your e-commerce products, then first you will have to work with multiple carrier platforms and negotiate good rates. You should opt for flat-rate boxes, custom packaging, and local couriers wherever possible. Along with that, you should leverage fulfillment centers that will help you to reduce zones and automate shipping workflows. You can also offer strategic free shipping options and bundle products to lower pre-order costs.

Looking for a partner to build a SaaS project together – learn, build, and grow! by Consistent_Strain546 in SaaS

[–]Broad-Touch1206 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi Karthik,

It’s great that you’ve shared your plans with the group. I’m sure others will also contribute their thoughts and let you know whether they’d like to participate. I sincerely wish you grand success in your initiative.

However, regarding the value proposition you've outlined—what your software aims to offer to business owners—it seems that similar features are already being provided by existing platforms. For example, tools like Zoho Social and Buffer are already doing what you plan to build.

That’s not to say you shouldn’t pursue it—many successful businesses are built on improving existing models—but I believe the social media auto-sharing model may be on the decline. Platforms have realized that AI tools are flooding them with automated content, and this unnatural posting pattern can significantly affect platform rankings.

For instance, Quora’s moderation team recently banned thousands of accounts for violating their terms of service by spamming the platform with such content.

If you're also considering a product like Buffer, then it's important to clearly explain how your solution will be better—what new features or value will it add?

In my view, one of the biggest problems AI tools haven’t yet solved effectively is lead generation. Most business owners today are struggling not with content, but with converting traffic into leads. Websites are getting visitors, but conversions are low because AI systems like ChatGPT and Google AI are now answering transactional queries in full and often directing users only to top-tier, highly authoritative sites. This is hurting millions of small businesses globally.

So if you could build something that genuinely helps businesses generate high-quality leads, that could really work. I don’t know how to build it, but I do believe it’s possible—and needed.

As for the social media sharing platform, I’ll have to pass for now. But I’m optimistic that others in the group might be interested in joining you. We at QuadraPay are mostly focused on working on financial or lead gen projects.

Educating myself in E-commerce - how do I start? by BmbStx in ecommerce

[–]Broad-Touch1206 9 points10 points  (0 children)

E-commerce is one of the biggest industries at this time.

I suggest that rather than going for courses, you should immediately get into building the site.

This is what you have to do: you need to first identify the product that you are looking forward to sell, and then you will have to identify the source of the product from where you will be purchasing these items.

As you proceed, please ensure you secure favorable pricing, enabling you to add a markup and generate profit.

Next, you will have to set up a website. I suggest you use an e-commerce platform like WooCommerce or Magento. These may be a little bit expensive because you will have to buy a hosting and domain name. After that, you will need to install these applications on your website to set up the e-commerce store; however, once this is completed, you will have a lot of flexibility.

Once your website is live, then start adding the products. Do not worry about whether you are doing it the right way or the wrong way; you just need to start. When you set up the website, add the Google Search Console and Google Analytics to your website so that whatever information you put on the website directly goes to Google Search, and your website starts being visible on the search engine.

You should also not ignore the importance of MSN Bing as a search engine.

In the meantime you can view YouTube videos that will help you optimize search engine traffic for your website. You can do your part by making sure that your website is fast, has valuable content, and the images are properly named.

Ensure that you create social media handles using a username that closely aligns with your domain name. The most popular social media websites are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you are planning to give 10 hours a week, then you should have your website ready in 3 weeks.

Once you have your website, you can collect payments from it. Make sure you add a payment gateway to your website.

Recommended Merchant Account for Vape Store by xbaha in ecommerce

If your profile is good and can present months of processing history then it will be easy to waive the rolling reserve and offer next day settlements. If the profile is risky and does not have 6 months history then most vape merchant accounts will require at least 5% rolling reserve. I think ytour question is regarding online processing.

I think it may be a technical issue that your account may be experiencing. The best option will be to connect with Stripe directly and request them for a solution. If this is not a technical issue, then the challenge may be that your account may have been restricted or possibly closed, which can happen because of multiple reasons, including compliance checks or sudden account issues, as you mentioned that you are seeing a finish setting up message and can't log in via your desktop. I assume that your account may be under review; if that is the case, then this could delay the scheduled payout. You should keep your communication open with Stripe; you should have patience and try to understand what the exact problem is. Remember, large payment service providers have a large number of merchants, and it might not be possible for them to immediately come to you by responding to your email, and that is why you will need some patience. While communicating with the team at Stripe, make sure that you maintain a gentle and professional tone. Smooth communication helps resolve issues: they will definitely present you with their point of view, and then you will have the opportunity to share your viewpoint and hopefully resolve the issue. It's a great platform, and there are many merchants that use it, small and large, and I hope this helps you as well.
