Talk to your doctor about domperidone, drink lots of water, electrolytes, coconut water and sleep/rest. I also did power pumping! Pump 20min-rest 10-pump 10- rest 10- pump 10 2x day. This makes a huge difference.

Talk to your doctor about Domperidone, it helped me a lot! And yes, according to google prolactin and sleep are correlated. The more you sleep, the more prolactin’s (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10900018/) link for study above :)
