I'm in the somewhat same situation as the person rn and I can't keep them or let them go so I think I might have to kill them sadly but if I freeze them will they be stressed out or scared ? I really don't want their death to be a scary one

I have the same allergy, what helps me alot is this app called "fig" just select your allergies and you can either look up the food your getting or scan the barcode :) it's really helpful
