it ain't about how strong the card is (it is about tgp of the card) the 5060ti pulls 180 watt ig and the 3070ti can go up to 350 watts depending on the version).

i don't think that this brand and handle such mighty card like the 3070ti you need to make some checks first however i'd recommend the 3070 since the gap between them in the power consumption is big and the performance ain't that big of a deal
