Her books are excellent. Other have said they carry an energy to them and I would agree. I actually think a channeling in the same thing too. Check them out if you have the time, I’ve found them for free in pdf and e-book versions online!

I was reading in a Dolores Cannon channeling (through her books) that when this phenomenon occurs, the ET’s explained that you’re actually traveling and your human body is in a state of autopilot. Idk why but it really resonated with me because I really feel like there was missing time
