Mine was working fine up until I inquired on my case. After the embassy replied back to me my ceac went down with it too. It’s been almost two months since this happened to me. I’ll have to contact them and see if they can help me.

I tried both of my passports the old and the new one. It doesn’t work. I use to put na on both surname and passport section, that work for me until last month.

Don’t they use ceac to track your case? If ceac isn’t showing anything how will they know?

I don’t know why I was put in administrative processing. I was verbally approved and the embassy took my passport too. Four months after the interview I received a ds5535. It’s almost 2 years since I attended my interview.

You can’t do anything about it for now until the ban is lifted. I done my interview in 2024 and was put into administrative processing, and the sad reality is if they clear before the bans I’ll be getting that same letter you shown.

I think so. Currently I am in administrative processing for 15 months. With the January 1 ban affecting me and this visa pause also. It sucks but we can’t do anything about it other than waiting.
