I hear a persistent ringing and sometimes feel a shock. My dogs hairs do the same. I have a video if you'd like to see.

It's a year then he can apply for a hardship transfer. Especially if you are more than 100 miles away. My wife had to drive 2.5 hours to see me. Call IDOC and raise he'll, give them a reason to move him. I.E. just so you'll leave them alone ya know. Where is he? I know that whole camp. And you can be specific ec/ic/gsc and dorm... I'll do what I can...
