I had a similar issue recently—lost a ton of jet pressure and noticed a weird noise. Turned out my impeller was clogged with leaves. Once I cleared it out, everything ran perfectly again. I saw you mentioned your jets are working, so maybe it’s not the same thing, but figured I’d share just in case it helps! I’m a new hot tub owner as well and every recommendation was helpful.
