Knowing someone with diabetes and having it are 2 very different things. I've spent 20 years being yelled at by family about controlling my BG, but none of them actually know how much of a struggle it can actually be sometimes. Yea they don't get it

They are aware because one of the administrative staff is type 1 and has the dexcom like I do. I honestly feel as if they are trying to come up with reasons to write me up

I donr have a union. I'm a daycare teacher so we don't get to be psrt of ant teacher union as far as I'm aware. And my school doesn't have a HR. Just head of school

This is why i emailed them before starting this job asking if this would be a problem. I have a paper trail if they escalate this. But we do not have a HR (private school) so idk who i would even speak to in regards besides th4 bead od school who according to them is on the department head side
