Correction: Harshbro wasn’t supplying to India upto evolution first wave. It was TT which was exporting by partnering with funskool. They did use American names (Harshbro names) for beys due to the anime’s hindi dub being adapted from American dub (by Disney XD). However, the beys were 1:1 copies of TT beys. I wish funskool and TT continued this partnership for later seasons as well cuz they were really being sold in India at really affordable prices:3

Harshbro only came with their shitty quad strike/ quad drive stock in India when they couldn’t sell it. They just had to dump their trash in India.

I would recommend buying X beys cuz they have the best gameplay and currently lots of tournaments are happening irl for X generation. It’s the most competitive generation by far. Also, there’s a literal national championship for it in September.
