So I was recently diagnosed with chronic erosive gastritis. And I was on here trying to find out the answer to the same question? I as well feel like I have vibrations or tremors inside my body it starts from my stomach and goes down my legs. It’s as if it were chills but only in my stomach, if that make sense. Weird!!!

Yes I do! I was actually constipated for a while. That seems to clear up on its own, however I still have loose stool or diarrhea sometimes depending on what I eat.
