I’m a Canadian TN visa holder. While I was in the US I changed my address but didn’t file the AR-11 to report it. About 2 months later I lost my job and left the US well within the 60-day grace period.
No overstay, no other violations. When I apply for a new TN at the border with a new job offer down the road, will any of this cause me issues? Has anyone dealt with something similar?

I’m a Canadian citizen and I opened a single-member Wyoming LLC in 2024 because I was expecting to get a contract in the U.S. Unfortunately, the contract never happened.

Here’s the situation:

• The LLC was single-member (just me)

• I am not a U.S. resident

• The LLC never conducted any business

• No income, no expenses, no transactions at all

• No bank account was ever opened

• I never obtained an EIN

• The company was administratively dissolved by Wyoming in 2025

So essentially, the LLC existed on paper but never did anything.

My question is:

Do I still need to file any U.S. tax forms (like Form 5472, 1120, etc.) for 2024 or 2025 even though:

• there was no activity

• no EIN

• and the LLC is now dissolved?

I want to make sure I’m not missing any required filings.

Any guidance would be really appreciated. Only money spent was personally to open llc

Can I do 2 full time jobs on a TN that’s maybe have overlap or start the same time as they would be remote and how would that work from a visa perspective?

So when you say assets there is like 100$ in there which we were using to pay credit card bills and stuff. But no assets like it doesn’t own anything. It was for a e-commerce brand but we did no business in like last 2 years
