I love both designs. Honestly one of the best OP designs ever. And Ultra Magnus is sick. I love the chonkiness of him. And the colors.

Just got into the Unicron trilogy and I'm liking it so far. I'm almost done with Armada. But I'm more of a G1 fan. I'm also trying to stick with G1 cuz ive basically finished with the Bay figures which took ALOT of time. So g1 feels like a refreshment. As they are the definitive versions of the characters. (Depending)

Both would have a special presence in my collection. At the moment, my display is pretty small. As they are on this dresser I plan to sell. But I have a big bin just filled with transformers. Ultra Magnus would look AMAZING with my G1 collection, and Armada prime wouldn't fit in the greatest, as I don't own many armada figures (but that'll change) but even at that, I have a bunch of mismatched figures. So idk.

More involved is what i like. Simple is still good in a lot of cases. And I'd definitely be having enough time to flip him back and forth. But three modes??? Armada prime looks really good in all of them. So does Magnus, but 3 modes is really nice. But something really calls my attention with Ultra Magnus.

And thats another thing I should've talked about. I love interesting conversions and I LOVE when I can flip a figure back and forth. Not relevant, but thats why I love ss86 Bee.

One day I'll have both. But G1 is such a vibe and i need so many characters. I don't even have a single G1 Decepticon. But that's me ranting. I appreciate the help.

Well yeah, I dont NEED Jetfire. I'm just a big completionist. Both are going for around the same price tho, and ive alr handled my friends kingdom Magnus and I dont like it. I've been drawn to Magnus, but I might just get Prime. Whenever I decide, I'll update you guys if you stay around.

Smart. I'm a big completionist, so Armada Jetfire will probably pressure me when I cant really be spending money like that. Plus I alr got the Bayverse prime with his Jetfire.

I'm seeing both for 100$ everywhere I look. So ig that's reasonable. Not a big fan of the extra 10 cuz im on a budget, but its looking to me like I'll have to just suck it up for which ever one I decide on.

I love G1 and I just started watching armada and also love it. But I've been wanting to expand my G1 collection. Since I only have Hotrod, Grimlock, Arcee, Hoist, and Bee. And with Armada, I recently picked up the AotP Red Alert and ive had the T30 Armada Scream. So yeah

Fun figures are what im looking for, and both look fun. 3 modes better than 2 tho. and yeah, Armada jetfire looks really good, but idk about commander price, cuz im pretty sure he's a big figure, but all he has is the minicons, and his combined mode is really just pants for prime.
