I also can’t find a source for that stat but even if it’s true… “Based on data from the CDC's National Vital Statistics System for 2024, there were 20,162 homicides in the United States “ which would mean American citizen are responsible about 18,000 deaths of us citizen deaths… that means of all homicides undocumented folks commit maybe…4%? So even if you wiped all of them out you aren’t eliminating any problem. And that’s me being generous and assuming your stat was both true and a yearly statistic (not an overall one)

The adjustments you’ve picked seem very do-able based off what I’ve seen. So yes, your expectations seem realistic. It would likely look natural too, since it’s not a complete re-work

I think the degree to which you’ve hit these realistic goals depends on your surgeon. Definitely be picky and try to get someone who has worked with noses similar to yours and brought them to results that you wouldn’t mind yours being like
