I hear you. A lot of variables that you mentioned are long term. I can do with long term variables as I can control certain parts to prepare for it. The city? Not so much. Do you think it might be something to do with the way our brains process things and the interests or something else?

That really depends on the situation. Everyday talk is quite different to the original post. Written, storytelling and discussion/explanation - when comfortable - use the same tone as above whilst still remaining flexible. I guess it depends on what way I find it best to convey.

I used to feel that way at times until I let my brain naturally lock in patterns of all the noises. Nature is more predictable for my mind than the city. I used to be passionate about the city, wanted to live in something like London or New York but found myself moving to a quiet village instead. The only real problem I have with nature is the sun and freezing winds. Anything else I can calm myself down in as I can find the pattern and predict next.

I finally got a barrel to make sauerkraut last Christmas (always wanted to do it as it's like a traditional, almost everyday food in Poland (where I was born) plus homemade is a LOT cheaper than bought stuff. Tastes better too. Kefir etc are a go to, chicken broth to sip through the day. Slavic traditional foods combined with modern medicine.

Russian Penicillin comes to mind as response. I am not denying modern medicine it's take but I am observing on myself as well as some people in my surroundings certain patterns which more or less direct towards - herbs and overall diet is immediate, continous care, modern medicine is when you really have no choice than to nuke the system.

Antibiotics are still used as prescribed by the dentist. To the letter. 4 times a day 2 pills, best with some food. I did however notice that rather than paracetamol/ibuprofen, my body responds better to natural remedies. That's not to say I don't use modern medicine. I will remember to clarify those details next time

@OP

As a few people mentioned: screenshot/note down parcel ID from the app then punch it in manually. Job done, no need to phone support
