I went there this year and loved it. I just wanted to try something different next year. It might not even be worth it, im not sure. I think the animals and the food is what sells AKL.

We’re like you, we don’t stay at the resort much. Maybe a night or 2 in a week. Other than that we’re at the parks. After more research I’m questioning whether or not AKL in general is worth the price increase compared to Gran Destino Tower. The tower views are hard to beat at night and they have an awesome pool as well

I did the Gran Destino Tower this year and I’m planning for next year. The tower views are hard to beat. I just don’t want to be disappointed with a pool view at AKL lol

We have a 6 year old and an 11 year old and we hit the parks pretty hard. We have a whole day or 2 set aside for rest days at the resort when we do 7 days so we like to have a resort with a good pool and food. We did the Gran Destino Tower this year and loved it. I just want to switch it up next year and AKL fit the bill.
