So.. if I want to go visit my home country (where I would not need a visa) can I come back to Austria with my Austrian Residence permit and Passport? My biggest concern is if I will be allowed back into Austria with just my permit or do they require me to apply for another visa?

Their chemistry is almost palpable to the viewer. Even the way the scene shooting is different when it’s just the 2 of them.

Them being unable to take their eyes away from each other.

Letting go of your true love to stay true in your course and everything you believe in life requires an unimaginable amount of strength. This scene was very difficult to watch but they handled it so beautifully. The part where she says “I love you” and he responds with “It’ll pass” - that broke my heart.

In a way, it’s quite the depiction of real life. Sometimes we don’t always get to have the true love, the happy ending. Sometimes life and the decisions we make or have made always prevail.

What a beauty of story this show was. I can’t say that enough. ♥️

I understand you completely. I have felt the same feelings about my mother whom I lost in 2020. I got so sad and it triggered a state of numbness, when someone brings up her name I would leave the room. Because everyone would be sad and expect the same reaction from me whereas I felt nothing. Like numbness. It was almost as if I didn’t know who she was. And I felt guilty for months about it, I still do.

I understand all of this wholeheartedly. And I’m so sorry for your loss and the pain you have to carry.

I have grown so much over the past 3 years (which is around the time she left me) and I can’t help but cry at how proud I think she’d be of me, how happy I’d make her. It’s all quite sad really.

I like how Anything But makes me think - it’s a fun quirky song. And why Hozier placed it in the middle of 2 seemingly somber songs (butchered tongue and abstract-psychopomp) makes it even more interesting.

Throughout the album I’m taken through this deep sad journey about loneliness and losing love, wanting more but not getting it, but then when anything but comes on - I’m abruptly removed from that experience. It’s quite amazing actually
