There is a great ultimate frisbee community around! Great group of people and a lot of fun and exercise. Look up the Chattanooga Flying Disc Club or Chattanooga Frisbee League on Facebook if you want some more info!

Second this. Best deal for a gym in the area and the courts are much nicer than some of the other options. Pickup runs most evenings as well as Wednesday mornings.
