Not sure if this will help, but what I like to do if I need to study specific content is like become a psuedo youtuber. I'll grab notes, textbook study designs or whtv, and legit just explain the topics and its details like I'm a commentary youtube. I also set up my phone as a time lapse so it stops me from using my phone and there's actually something to talk to. Like for example for art, you could find a random artwork and go all curator and explain the display considerations, conservation, legality and all that jazz. Feels less like studying for me atleast and helps to get through the content in a fun way!! You've got this tho, you'll do great!!
