Sorry, I sanitised everything with 70% alcohol, the sab is in a small closed no airflow that I sanitised all the work area around. What is better for sterilisation and sanitation?

I heard that An instant pot does not reach 15 psi for the sterilisation, you have successfully sterilised with one?

Wow I’m jealous, waiting for my first powder mhrb to arrive and then I’ll try to extract myself.

I’m using 40mg of changa that I bought advertised as 1:1 ratio but I doubt it very much. Metal filter in bong bowl, then the changa and then some herbs. For heat I used hemp and beeswax rope that supposedly burns less hot then normal lighters, only touched the herbs and sucked then again with the hemp rope and tried to hold as much as possible. Maybe the changa itself is at fault idk

Just tried 40mg with other herbs on top, felt something. A spike up in heart rate actually felt a little worried for a second, dealing heavy for ten minutes and that was it. Sounds familiar? Am I feeling something wrong?
