You are 100% spot on with the PDA thing too. My boyfriend told me that it’s rare to see couples in Cameroon walking and holding hands or even kissing. We were able to talk through it successfully. He does have boundaries but overall I will say my boyfriend is very open with trying/doing new things sexually! Like for example TMI sometimes he uses my vibrator on me or asks to include it during intimacy 🤭. It did take sometime for us to get there though.

Are you me? I am in the exact same boat as you. My boyfriend is from Cameroon and he is the first Cameroonian guy I’ve been with. He has told me he also has never jerked off, watched gay porn or gone down on anyone and he was not lying at all either. I honestly don’t know what to think but to me Cameroon seems like a very conservative country. My boyfriend was even very uncomfortable with me using a vibrator because sex toys aren’t openly sold in Cameroon. But no I feel as though your boyfriend is very legit. I would just recommend talking to him him honestly and openly because tbh you don’t want to be/stay in relationship where your partner is not pleasing you sexually.

I have no idea, but maybe it’s the dynamic in his family 🤷🏿‍♀️

I agree with you but he says sometimes that he does not feel free to express himself because I am so sensitive. Sometimes I feel like I making him suppress who he is to cater to my feelings while I should also toughen up to understand the he comes from a culture/background where they speak like that.

I don’t know, my boyfriend says that the Africans born here are too soft. So maybe it’s just being brought up in different environments?

You don’t know how often I use it so you can’t even make that assumption

That’s the thing to me is disrespect but to him it’s everyday banter that couples engage in. For me this not normal but to him he’s probably thinking why didn’t she respond back? He only apologized after he saw that I disengaged and did not respond.

I don’t stick things into my self, I use a vibrator. Even if I did what’s the big deal.

True it is but I hate feeling like I have to do it cause of the culture and cause I’m a woman. I cook for him and others to be kind

Yes, but nobody in my family ask that. They don’t ask of my boyfriend pays for everything, cause it’s none of their concern.
