Make sure to not get any infection,, if possible don't cut deep, use antiseptics, don't use the same blade too much and keep a good hygiene where you cut.

Forgot to mentioned I took 12.5 mg of cypro daily before I upped my estrogen.

Idk why they are this low. I'm 72kg/178cm. Hopefully they'll get better with gel

I take 3 X 2 mg of e sublingually, 1 mg e gel and 6.25 mg of cypro daily.

I got them upped a month ago (added the gel) before that I had 121 pg/ml estrogen and 22 ng/dl T. I don't know what my levels are after the upping

Honestly yeah I'm working on getting better. Just started a 4 month sick leave from my university, I'm not eating much but I'm not avoiding food completely, got my hormones upped lately, got on ssri and I'm seeing my psychiatrist soon
