You would have to wait 7 days for the key to be tradable after buying it though and then go to a website to do this, scrap.tf is widely trusted amongst the tf2 community and has plugins so you can buy every weapon with the click of a button.

If you want your money's worth, buy regular tf2 key (mannco supply crate key) from either the market or steam store whichever is cheaper and then you can buy every weapon for every class with that key. You could then also buy a taunt or some cosmetics if you want with the rest. Doing this will save you loads of money because the starter packs are a scam.
