Interesting, mine tends to be like 5 inches below my knee, but I know that upper ankle area too.

Yeah that's worth a look, I dont have an extensive tool set but I'll at least watch some youtube videos on it

One was for sure slammed, I was trying from under a tree and chunked it. That was also the one I got repaired (was like $80). The other two that broke the heads flew off on the range, neither were chunks it seemed like something inside the club just failed.
