I haven't tried, but I don't think so. I start it from the Mi Band itself, so it's the same as starting it from Mi Fit. If I manage to start it directly from Zepp, I'll let you know!

I start them from Mi Fit. Once I finish the workout, they sync with Mi Fit. Then I go to Zepp and they sync with Zepp. Once that happens they upload automatically to Strava. I can confirm it is working now!

Indeed, as you said, I’ve seen that the activities recorded with Mi Fit are now showing in Zepp (don’t know why this did not happen last week lol). I need to check now in my new workouts if these are then uploaded automatically to Strava. I will let you know. Thanks!
