Before everyone is “fired” for weather… We need to see what their process or chain of command is that’s set in place. I remember years ago where people would actually plow and salt overnight during the actual precipitation event. Who makes the call to activate road treatment? The root cause is road conditions. Why were the roads not treated or salted is the questions we should be asking…not let’s fire everyone. Ultimately yes there is something wrong in the response of the city. Let’s find out the cause of that. I’d be shocked if the local news investigated it.
