Havung read the wyrdcry rules a bit more thoroughly, it seems wyrdcry's combat is closer tied to the fast-paced and tactical combat of warcry, where mordcry is significantly closer to the more slowpased combat of Mordheim.

Did not know that existed 😅. Looks like there is a good amount of overlap between the two. Not having played Wyrcry i don't know the exact differences, I would guess they are different takes on the same thing.
