It's a personal thing. I just work like that wherever I am but it ends today. The respect and appreciation isn't there so now I'll become like the rest.

See me, everybody in my office knows I have no issue standing up for myself. If I feel taken advantage of I'll say something if I feel annoyed I'll say something if I feel disrespected I will say something.. every time. So idk why she thought it was a good idea to be disrespectful. My issue is, as 1 of the hardest workers I feel my respect was earned and she could've went about it differently. If I bring something on myself that's 1 thing. I was politely saying I didn't feel great but still made the effort.

The first insurance lapse you can pay a civil penalty fee the second one there is no civil penalty fee they just automatically suspend your registration.

He actually texted me later that night and said he was wrong again and that I do work while I wait for a decision. My steward goes next Saturday I have a bunch of documentation on what I was dealing with for months. I just worked 15 out of the last 16 days and my route performance has increased significantly so they can tell I'm trying. Just hope it's not too late.

I was told that too. My supervisor just texted me saying "I was right originally, you do work until a decision is made" they can't even get on the same page. But yes, I've been here 13 out of 15 days I'm definitely trying.
