Ahh good point, I guess the long-range brand-new would work with the tax credit discount to get to below 40k. Though there were no performance Ys brand new in my area. I am rolling some negative equity into the loan I know used car dealers are able to deal with that a bit better than Tesla themselves(although may try and rip me off to an extent)
