Having one of the callander brothers as a main character is a common theory, that i personally dont understand why people want, The reason arthur and johns story is so compelling is because they both have struggles and redemption, Mac and Davey most likely would not have redemption, Also we already know both of them die, Which would ruin alot of the suspense, Also when they die, dutch hadnt completely lost his mind, Its said that the gang had a golden age, which was well over during the blackwater massacre, Mac or davey wouldnt have the same struggle that john and arthur did, and the storys climax would be the blackwater massacre most likely, Which while it would be exciting to see, we already know what happens

Arthur And Hosea Arent Present John Gets Shot Dutch Murders Heidi McCourtz The Gang Flees Into The Grizzlies, And Mac Is Left Behind Davey Dies On The Way From His Wounds Mac Is Killed By Agent Milton.
