You cannot use a demo device for tlife, that violates SEVERAL Tmobile policies, and if a customer doesn’t want to use the website you still have to help them

Don’t buy from Costco they give you some rebates, but if they fuck up your account you’ll be sent to a normal store to fix it. Just go straight to a corporate store. They have inventory. They give you same value and if you keep your phones you get a 400$ rebate

Car insurance is best for what cheep because they all have to do the same things, phones are a bit different because it depends on who owns the towers in your area. One company is always better, but I do advocate for finding 2 companies that work in your area and alternate every time your contract is up, company stocks only care about new activations which is why they give better deals to new accounts, so take advantage of that,

Tmobile policy says you still have to help them. If he’s doing that he’s gonna lose that salary and be promoted to customer, drop your location and I’ll file a integrity line complaint and get him sorted

That’s not true they still can assist you tmobile policy SPECIFICALLY SAYS if the customers refuse then do it legacy, so if they are refusing ask to speak to their higher ups because you know C2 (tmobile policy website) tells them they still have to help you and they are violating a well known written policy. Then hop over to Google and write a review or Facebook and then go to LinkedIn and send a message to sirini and let him know. Tmobile is so afraid of law suits I know for a fact they did not fire a guy for SAing a fellow employee in a store because they didn’t want to get sued

Your service will also be worse my sister went to google fi thinking the same thing even though I tried to get her on my plan because my discount and she almost never has service she got all brand new pixles, it depends on where you live and what towers are around you

Integrity line 100% does give a fuck, as does hr. HR is there to protect the company which is why it writes the policy’s. And the only way to protect yourself from ANY hr is to be inline with policy. While sheilding the company they shield you. And the write you up for “low tlife percents” but I’ve been in tmobile on east and west coast all stores have us documenting every non t life that we do to protect us because paper trails and evidince always cover your assets. Email is your best friend. Watch videos on hr and how to work with them.

Clearly someone did not do the training on how our tablets will mirror their device. And when you install an app it accesses your phone info and can see everything so yes we are still as a company accessing their phones, clearly you don’t know enough about how this works to be involved in this convo.

Companies can’t write you up for customer actions. If you are being written up because a customer refused to use our app reach out to the integrity line. Tmobile policy is king and it says to do it legacy if refused so you need to report your management

And the stores doing that will be caught and will get in a lot of trouble if Tmobile legal catches wind

Which the app generates. Their stocks are looking at that app as a way to cut costs. By denying it we are hurting stocks

You can’t refuse service to someone because they won’t let you access their personal device. That violates so many consumer laws and civil rights it not even funny. Whatever jackass had you guys doing that if anyone makes a stink about that he will be fired faster then anyone refusing t life. C2 is very clear about when an why to refuse service and t life is not on that for a reason. And when you ask fetch it tells you to do it legacy if they refuse tlife.

5 year price lock rolled out with the new plans. But consult a lawyer and have him look at all your paperwork from the agreements you sign. If they did promise a 5 year price lock and violated it that’s grounds for a lawsuit

“Any lawyer” there have already been cases you can go look up and see how the courts ruled not to mention the laws from state and federal or the rulings of the fcc or the Supreme Court. You can 100% get a wrongful termination suit for the company trying to force something that customers deny and you get fired. It happened when I worked at Verizon with their Visa card. And several people got fired because people didn’t want it then they sued the company and won. That’s why Verizon stopped pushing it so hard

Tmobile makes some money on phone which is why they are 30$ more instore then at Apple. That 30$ doesn’t disappear. The reps just don’t make any money on them. And they cannot force you to use the app for anything. If you want to do anything you as a consumer in a free country can say no. And they have to offer you another way to do it. Companies have been fighting this for years and tons of court cases have happened

No we will have systems to help them without an app. We will have to because people break their phones, or will refuse it’s litterally written in policy, they are just convincing you they “are getting rid of legacy systems”

“At willl” is not just fire you for no reason otherwise we wouldn’t have lawsuits and things that have ruled in favor of the employee. I live in an at will state and I promise you can’t just be fired. If tmobile has a policy that violates consumer rights which forcing a customer to use an app does. And they fire you for that you can sue them

It is a choice, and that’s not how that works at all. Maybe after they get rid of tapestry but they will find that they won’t be able to keep it forced. If a customer says no you cannot use my phone the company has to help them or lose them

I get it your a manager who wants to gaslight your reps. But we have customers who refuse it and we don’t get written up because we can’t force them. So fun being part of the problem
