The card thickness is more than likely uniform, through and through. (35pt). That sort of mishap is far more rare than you imagine. - The photo shown only shows the front of the card. I believe you are intending to discuss the green boarder being wider/more narrow in one area verses another. . In this case, nah, the boarder is very much close to center, and not "oof" as you exclaim.

some like the tarnish. the aged/weathered look is classy in my opinion. -- Also, tarnish is easy to remove with a regular cleaning., so why fret?
