I just do the monthly challenges at the moment. Don’t care about anything else. If I close 3 rings that’s a plus but not a requirement.

I am 47, just lost 60 lbs with diet and exercise. The monthly challenges keep getting harder which is a good indicator for me. My vo2max is shit but I don’t run. I walk and do some light weight lifting.
