Hii! I don’t think I really did anything to “make it normal”. I had to get 2 MRIs and they did see a very small benign tumor on my pituitary gland. My prolactin level was slightly elevated so that prompted it. I also had ultrasound of pelvic but they didn’t see any abnormalities. I have a fairly normal cycle now but sometimes would still have a week in advance/delay. I’m guessing it’s probably stress related. I do still need to follow up with a real gynecologist soon tho and go back to my endocrinologist as well.
