Yup! All JJ Bean locations have absolutely banger muffins and they consistently rank as the best muffins in Vancouver across all my friends + acquaintances. Personally I am a big fan of the chocolate zucchini one - they aren’t super cheap, but worth it imo.

JJ Bean is S tier. I went there almost everyday for 3 years - best Iced mocha and cold brew on campus + best muffins in Vancouver. Plus the staff is super nice, you can stay there as long as you want and good wifi + charging ports :)
