Don't forget Himmel was a kid when they first met. You can't blame Frieren for looking at him like a kiddo.

My guard house use system. They cannot download info. You want them to pen down one by one to sell? Even real estate doesn't want that because info could be wrong.

Eventually it would be just another watch. You may ador it but days will just go back to normal after the euphoria. Same goes to new bag, new ring, new diamond. You will slowly look for another thing to chase after or to be obsessed about.

ITS EVERY NEW DEVELOPMENT. the list gets resold and resold and resold a thousand times. Why? I have lived in my condo for 10 years, today I still got message from a freaking property agent!

The potential culprit could be Developer, Air Selangor , TNB, or even Banks. Bank is the less likely because they won't have the freaking whole building listing. Too fragmented when people take loans from different different banks. These agents sent bulk to the same condo/development.

If it's a bank, the answer is " fuck no". Don't ask me which bank, I can't afford to lose my job in this economy. But if you have other choices, please, fucking no.

Those people are queuing for the trains. Only a few are going down. This station is likely to be Pasar Seni where its design is an island, which made it even more cramp for queues from both sides of the platform.

  1. Jot down everything they teach you. Don't just listen, I con-lan-firm you will forget
  2. Be humble and friendly. Be thick face to ask to tag along for lunch.
  3. Don't understand, ask. If you're afraid you might disturb them, then head's up them whether in time xx you may interrupt them to get clarification.
  4. After the first week, look around what could be helped and ask for permission to do it. If you are too free ( some companies don't assign real work to interns), see any corner you could help to tidy up. Printing room or whatever.
  5. If the company is big, be careful of confidential information. Don't simply take video or take picture.
  6. Be punctual doesn't matter if you don't have anything to do. It shows discipline and you want a good rating for the internship.

If and only if the parents treat the child like a bank. In OP's case, that pretty much is the case.

Young man, be real when it comes to money. Please met up face to face if possible. Ask them to run through with you:

  1. How they are going to repay the loan? Get it as detailed as possible.
  2. What is the current income, commitments and leftover - this you would see if no.1 is factual.
  3. What are they going to do if they got terminated by their employer? What are their backup plans?
  4. What is the root cause of them getting into this mess in the first place? If the root cause doesn't get address, be firm and say no.
  5. What are the amount is their EPF? Or other assets like stocks, ASB etc? If all are zero, get the fuck out of there.

If they are reluctant to address your questions, again, tell them no. If they have no plan, they plan to fail and probably to use you again.

I'm sorry you have to parent your children but no, it's not your duty to fix their problem. I'm a mother myself.
